1、质料仓到制品仓均接纳潜在式AGV和货架的方法，实现各工序之间的产品搬运事情
。

Using‘latent-type AGV + shelf ’delivery system from raw material warehouse to finished products warehouse to realize cassettes are transported between each process steps.

2、接纳S.C定制的MCS使命调理系统，凭证MES系统下发的使命要求，来控制RCS小车调理系统搬运货架，实现无人化、智能化生产
。

Adopts S.C customized MCS task scheduling system and according to the task requirements issued by MES system, it controls RCS vehicle scheduling system to move shelves to achieve unmanned smart production.

3、MCS使命调理系统包括部分MES功效，知足客户的基本需求
。

MCS task scheduling system includes some MES function which could meet the basic needs of customers.

4、有开放式货架、半关闭式货架、全关闭式货架三种可选，知足差别工艺生产需求

Open/semi-enclosed /enclosed shelves optional, to meet different process needs.

5、货架与自动化结构上接纳机械方法对接，程序上接纳网线毗连举行信号传输，有用提升片篮传输可靠性
。

The cassette shelf mechanically connects with tool automation structure and the program is transferred using network cable,which improves the reliability of the cassettes transportation effectively.

6、接纳货架取代缓存站方法，确保先进先出原则的同时，工序间的缓存货架可无邪挪用也可镌汰部分工序的缓存货架大大降低本钱
。

Using cassette shelves to replace buffer station ensures the first-in-first-out principle and the flexible scheduling of buffer shelves greatly reducing cost.

7、选用海内一线品牌AGV生产厂商，有纹理导航、激光SLAM导航方法小车选择
。
